Summary: The staff was amazing giving helpful hints on where to go, the room was large for our family of 5 and very comfortable. A "peek-a-boo lake view was a nice treat. A great location. Parking was on the street, we got lucky just around the corner. Delicious huge Breakast.

Summary: We had an economy room on the first floor and it was damp and smelled like mildew. The scent in itself was a huge drawback for me, it didn’t feel fresh at all. A rather plain room which was otherwise okay, I suppose although not cozy. The location is central but Colico is small so I imagine most places are quite close to the square and restaurants. What saves the hotel from a one star from me was that the breakfast was surprisingly big for Italy. Although the warm food (bacon, eggs etc) were pretty cold. Staff was friendly. If I had booked more than two rooms I would have gone through the trouble of asking for another room, although the hotel seemed to be fairly booked.

Summary: Good location but this is definitely not a 4-Star hotel. AC didn’t work, bed was horrendous, pillows paper thin, breakfast week. It is what it is, but severely misrepresented.

Summary: Not enough toilet paper was given. They have small rolls. There is not a lot of options for restaurants. I would say to stay at a hotel that is closer to the main center. Breakfast was good. Bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the hose of the water spray attachment and hair on the floor. Very small room and bathroom.

Summary: Hotel is in a good location in Colico, not far from the train station and just a short walk to the harbour area with most of the restaurants. Also a great selection of food at breakfast

Summary: Very sweet little room. It was tiny for three people plus suitcases, but we made it work. The woman at the front desk was wonderful! Breakfast was very good, and it was very easy to get to the hotel from the train station by foot. We could also easily get to the water ferry dock by foot. Just a warning for those coming in winter, most places are closed and the ferry only runs a few times a day. We did not get to see much of Lake Como because we had to wait four hours for the ferry. I wish we had planned more time to visit, it was so beautiful!
